- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Custom-designed or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process:

- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Refunds

- Refunds will be processed for eligible returned items once they have been received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Custom-designed or personalized items are only eligible for a refund if they arrive damaged or defective.
Refund Process:

- If approved, your refund will be processed within 2- business days after receiving of the product, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges

5. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items, such as undergarments, swimwear, and clearance items, are not eligible for return or refund.
